How to Install WordPress

Installing WordPress on Ashuli Hosting using Softaculous is a straightforward process that can be completed in just a few clicks. Here’s a step-by-step guide with screenshots to help you through the process:

Step 1: Log in to Ashuli Hosting Dashboard 

Step 2: Navigate to the hosting account

Once you’re logged in to the Ashuli Hosting Dashboard, click on’service’ and select the hosting account you wish to install WordPress on.

Step 3: Open Softaculous

Next step, you need to navigate to Script Installers and click on the Softaculous

Step 4: Search for WordPress

In the Softaculous Apps Installer search bar, type in “WordPress” and click on the “WordPress” icon that appears in the search results.

Step 5: Click on the “Install” button

On the WordPress overview page, click on the “Install” button.

Step 6: Choose the Installation URL

In the “Choose Installation URL” section, select the domain name where you want to install WordPress. You can also leave the “In Directory” field blank if you want to install WordPress directly on the domain name.

Step 7: Fill out the Site Settings section

In the “Site Settings” section, enter the following information:

• Site Name: This is the name of your WordPress website.
• Site Description: This is a brief description of your WordPress website.
• Admin Username: This is the username you will use to log in to your WordPress dashboard.
