2. Managed Shared Hosting and VPS Services

  • If you are not satisfied with your managed shared hosting or VPS service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.

  • Refunds will not be provided after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Refunds do not apply to any setup fees or custom service fees.

3. Domain Names

  • Domain name registrations are non-refundable once processed, as domains are registered on your behalf with third-party registries.

  • Domain transfers may be subject to different refund rules depending on the registrar.

4. Email and Security Services

  • Email reselling services (Google Workspace, Office 365, Ox Business Email) and SiteLock licenses are non-refundable.

  • All sales for these services are final due to their nature and third-party licensing agreements.

5. Cancellation

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

6. No Refunds for Misuse
